Nation Wide Delivery Costs
Bike Kit Imports offers a nationwide delivery service. We will confirm availability and estimated delivery times for each item within the confirmation process. Typically our standard delivery time is within 3-5 working days. We are currently unable to offer same day or overnight delivery at this stage.

Delivery charges are as follows :

• Orders under $100.00 inc GST: $8.95

We do not offer overseas delivery, please ensure if you are ordering from outside of New Zealand that you supply a New Zealand address

Method of Delivery

Our preferred courier of choice is Fastway Couriers. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no one is home at the delivery address and during the ordering period you have not specified any Special Delivery Instructions, the courier will leave a card with details for arranging a suitable delivery time. PLEASE NOTE: When signing for packages please ensure you sign subject to inspection of goods. Fastway Couriers and Bike Kit Imports will not be responsible for any goods delivered in an unacceptable condition if you have signed for them as being acceptable.

Your Obligations

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

• If an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately.
• Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We require that, where possible, the recipient signs for the delivery (subject to inspection of the goods).
• You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
• You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered; delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and Bike Kit Imports. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
• You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Cancellations

By Us :

Bike Kit Imports reserves the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights

By You :

Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Once a gift has been dispatched from our premises we are unable to recall it and cancellation is not permissible. However, if your gift has not left our premises we will cancel the order less any costs we have incurred (ie; credit card fees)

Returns

• Returns received by Bike Kit Imports within 14 calendar days from receipt of delivery are entitled to either a replacement, full refund of the purchase place (excluding all delivery charges) via the method of original payment. When returning goods it is imperative that you :
• Repackage goods adequately to prevent damage in transit
• Retain your proof of delivery until we can confirm receipt of the item
• Email the team at Bke Kit Imports outlining your reasons for return (sales@bikekit.co.nz)

Bike Kit Imports :

• takes no responsibility for any returned item that goes missing or is damaged in transit.
• is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items.
• will only accept return items that are unused, unopened and in original condition with packaging and invoice delivery slip and have been advised of being returned via email.

Returned goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Faulty Goods

The main priority at Bike Kit Imports is your satisfaction. Where a product is deemed to be faulty within 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery, a replacement item (subject to availability) and redelivery to you without delay provided you have emailed us advising of the fault.

Where a product is deemed not to be faulty after 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery it is subject to individual manufacturer warranty. It is the customers’ responsibility to bear any costs involved and adhere to individual manufacturer warranty instructions.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All items that leave BIke Kit Imports premises are quality controlled to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If items are damaged whilst in transit please contact the team at Bike Kit Imports within 48 hours of receipt of delivery via email : sales@bikekit.co.nz
